The Cryo Queen is unleashed this week in our Genshin Impact Eula cosplay feature!
Genshin Impact continues to be a gorgeous source of inspiration for cosplayers and artists. Fan creations are all over the convention scene and we are excited to see this game thrive! As the weather turns colder and we yearn for the holiday season, we’re checking out a gorgeous Genshin Impact Eula cosplay by Ødfel!

We’ve interviewed Ødfel in the past and showcased some of her epic cosplays (like the Castlevania image above). This week we’re showing off one of her more recent cosplay creations. She has a hilarious set of Genshin Impact playthrough videos up on YouTube as well, you can see where her love of the character shines through.
What are your thoughts on cosplay achievements?
I am not one for competition for the most part. For me, my greatest achievements are often when the creators of the show, comic, or character reach out or engage with my work. I have been lucky enough to have this happen a handful of times and it’s such an amazing feeling to connect with other artists and writers in this way. I also have had the honor of attending several Marvel red carpet Premieres for my costumes, which has been an amazing opportunity.

What are your favorite movies or shows to watch while you craft?
Often times I find myself marathoning Lord of the Rings (extended editions of course!), Pirates of the Caribbean, or Fate/Zero. It’s kind of become a crafting tradition at this point. Sometimes if I want to stay inspired though I’ll watch the movie or marathon the show of the character I am crafting.
What characters would you like to see cosplayed that haven’t been?
I feel like it’s getting harder and harder to find characters that have not been cosplayed, as conventions become more mainstream pop culture facets. But I do always enjoy seeing obscure and vintage comic book characters get their spotlight or creative mashups of characters across fandoms. It’s one of the reasons I find Dragoncon so fun!
