There’s a new Kill Team expansion already in the works. Are you going to be Brutal or are you going to be Cunning?!

It’s going to be the Orks vs …Ratlings? YEP! You read that correct. With a new edition of Kill Team there’s also a new expansion coming. The Wrekka Orks are about to take it to the Ratlings — unless they get sniped before they can get to them!

I’m really not sure how to feel about this one folks. It’s not a surprise that snipers are super effective in Kill Team. But what about a whole Kill Team of Ratling snipers?! If they get caught, they are going to get pummeled by the Orks. But man…these Orks have to get to them first!

The new expansion for Kill Team features two new Kill Teams. We’ve got the Orks who are Razgore’s Wrekkas. These are some Tank-bustin’ dudes with bad attitudes. They have ALL the rokkits and actually get a boost after shooting them which is fun.

For the ratlings we’ve got Herc’s (?) Hunters. This is indeed an all sniper team and they are going to be VERY sneaky and very deadly at range. This is probably a Kill Team you were NOT expecting to see but they have some wonderfully sculpted minis loaded with tons of easter eggs on them. And probably actual eggs…Ratling’s gotta eat!

Provisionally Prepared

Games Workshop also showed off another pair of Ratling Snipers with a commemorative miniature called “Provisionally Prepared” as you can see below.

What’s neat for this miniature is that the expansion for Kill Team will have a special mission for Provisionally Prepared. These two are trying to sneak some food from the middle of the fight! Who would have guessed. I don’t know about you but I can’t help but root for these Ratlings.

A new Kill Team expansion featuring Ratlings was not on my Warhammer Day bingo card.
