Steve Hovarth, Global Head of Publishing at Asmodee Group, has retired as of October 1, 2024.
Hovarth served as Head of Publishing (see “Interview“) and later Global Head of Publishing for over six years, starting in 2018. He had spent over 17 years total of his career with Fantasy Flight Games and Asmodee Group. Prior to that, he was with Sabertooth Games as their CEO and at WotC as an Associate Brand Manager. All totaled up, Hovarth’s career lasted over 25 years in the games industry. His retirement was made public via his LinkedIn page:
” After a long and successful career I have made the decision to retire. I am not looking for a new career or any jobs.”
