The Starfinder 2E Playtest will end on Decmber 31st. But Paizo still wants to hear what you have to say about it.
Starfinder 2E’s playtest has been running pretty strong for the last several months. But all of that is coming to a close with the close of the year. As we mark the last day of 2024, so too will Paizo close down its feedback surveys for the playtest.
Though, if you have thoughts about the game, they do want to hear about it. Paizo has even published a blog post detailing some of the changes the playtest has already discovered.
Starfinder 2E Playtest Closes With The Year
On its blog, Paizo announced both the close of the playtest, as well as the shape that player data has already given the nascent game. If you’ve played in the playtest at all, you’ve seen how the new mechanics fit the Pathfinder 2E remastered mold.
In fact, both games should be cross-compatible with each other. So your Starfinder characters might find themselves crash-landing on a fantasy world (or Golarion in the past), or you know, you might be invaded by space aliens. The possibilities are limitless, but if you want a hand on the rudder, now’s your last chance:
“Thank you all so much for your participation in the Starfinder Second Edition playtest. We’ve had an immense number of downloads, which has led to some great commentary and feedback from our community. The entire Starfinder team has been carefully sifting through mountains of invaluable survey data (which you can still submit until December 31 at starfinderplaytest.com!).
Whether you were a GM, player, or a passionate fan dissecting our playtest rulebook, every Starfinder should be proud of their contributions as they disembark this incredibly successful playtest!”
– This is the person that said the quote
If you’d like to see what Paizo has learned about the game so far, be sure and check out their blog to find out how the Envoy, Mystic, Soldier, Solarian, and Witchwarper have been changed. Witchwarpers, especially. Weapons have been upgraded across the board. And that’s just a taste.
See you in Starfinder 2E!
