Polygon has a brief interview up with Paizo senior developer Jenny Jarzabski revealing the cover art for the upcoming Starfinder 2nd Edition Player Core, GM Core, and the setting book Galaxy Guide.
Jarzabski mentions in the interview wanting to keep some of the 1st Edition books such as Pact Worlds and Near Space relevant after 2nd Edition launches, so it doesn’t sound like the game’s lore will get major updates. She also again mentioned the intent to make everything fully compatible with Pathfinder 2nd Edition, which addresses some online concerns about Starfinder 2nd Edition material being more powerful to Pathfinder 2nd Edition; so we’ll see what tweaks get made based on playtest feedback.
