There’s a whole bunch of Symbiotes running around in Marvel. Time to bring more of them to Marvel: Crisis Protocol!

You already know about Venom and Carnage. Those two are pretty well known Symbiotes. Carnage is actually the offspring of Venom. But the Venom Symbiote has quite a few offspring. I won’t go into who Lasher, Phage, Agony, and Riot are. Instead, I want to talk about some other Symbiote options I’d like to see in MCP. So let’s talk about some other Symbiotes (and their hosts) that could be added to the game.

Anti-Venom

I won’t spend too much time on Anti-Venom since I wrote about him recently. But yeah…if I could add a new Symbiote to MCP, I’d start with Anti-Venom.

Toxin

TOXIN (2005) #3 Cover by Simon Bisley

Toxin is the offspring of Carnage. Interestingly, his coloring is a mix between Carnage and Venom which I always found cool. He’s the 1000th Symbiote in his family line, too. Which has some meaning — although we’ve never really seen Marvel explore that (at least not yet). Anyhow, his first host was Police Officer Patrick Mulligan. Personally, I like the combo of Venom and Carnage and think this could be a cool miniature for sure!

Sleeper

The internet loves cats. Sleeper took the shape of a cat and has had a quite a few hosts over the years. Most recently, Sleeper bonded with Rick Jones and has some strange tech on his suit. Personally, I could go with either version although the Agent Sleeper version would probably be a better miniature than the Sleeper (cat) version. Or we could get both, right?

Bedlam

Okay, this one is a weird long-shot. Bedlam is one of those characters that happened because of branching realities, time travel, and a strong dose of “Because Comics!” He’s red because he’s angry (no really) and it has to do with memory manipulation and more misplaced rage.

The real reason I want Bedlam in Marvel: Crisis Protocol is basically because you could get a Hulked-Out version of Venom with this character. And if that sounds cool to you then you get it!

Misery

Misery is a newer symbiote. She came to be due to Alchemax studying Carnage off-shoots and also interacting with Anti-Venom (hence the red and white). Misery’s host is  the CEO of Alchemax Liz Allan. Which, if you know aboutg Alchemax, seems fitting. Personally, I’d hope we get Anti-Venom first and then Misery added later. In any case, this could be yet another wild looking sculpt for a miniature!

Do you have a favorite Symbiote you’d like to see get the MCP treatment?
