Dragon Delves is out in the wild as of today. You can snag a digital copy or grab it in the real world. Ten adventures await inside.

The first post-core rulebooks has dropped for the new edition of D&D. As of today, you can get your hands on Dragon Delves if you’re a D&D Beyond subscriber, or if you can motivate yourself to go down to your friendly local game store. The new book has ten new adventures featuring some of the most iconic monsters in D&D; whether you want to fight dragons or work alongside them you’ll find the opportunity inside the new adventure anthology.

Dragon Delves: In Stores and on D&D Beyond Today

What exactly will you find in Dragon Delves? You’ll find ten new adventures over 192 pages. Across these adventures are new maps, digital stickers (for you D&D Beyonders) as well as a few other extras. Though, if you’re looking for new magic items or monster stat blocks, you won’t find those here.

You can pick up and play these adventures using only your Monster Manual and DMG. Which is honestly not too bad. I rarely look at a big book of adventures and think, “Well, what new stuff is it going to have?” The new stuff is there already—the adventures.

And I will say, they are imaginative. You won’t just be fighting wyrmlings until you’re high enough level to face adult dragons. In fact, sometimes you won’t even be fighting the dragon at the heart of the adventure. Because you’ll find every kind of dragon present here, chromatic or metallic:

“Meet the dragons of D&D in Dragon Delves, a collection of 10 dragon-themed adventures for characters level 1 through 12. Journey to mysterious dungeons, explore captivating fantasy locations, and come face to face with all the chromatic and metallic dragons, each with unique temperaments, alignments, and magic.

Experience D&D’s most iconic monster with stunning artwork rendered in 10 different art styles. These adventures feature eye-catching artwork from 10 accomplished illustrators and 7 cartographers. Each adventure is also precluded with dragon art from through the history of D&D and provides an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into the new dragon redesigns.”

It’s also got a little history for big time D&D nerds. And of course, it’s chock full of new art that shows off the dragon redesigns in all their glory. Look for an official review soon, but for now, just know that you can check out the book for yourself at the link below!
