Warmachine: Core Book Pre-Order & More On The Way

Steamforged Games is still hard at work breathing new life into Warmachine. The Core Book is coming soon.

I was excited to see that Steamforged Games had picked up the Warmachine license as well as a whole lot of other stuff. I’ve been really impressed with their Epic Encounters range and also with the relaunch of the P3 Paints, too. A while back we had a road map in showing the plans off for what Steamforged Games wanted to do with Warmachine.

Well, now we’re nearing the end of that map and we’re starting to see exactly what they’ve been working on. There’s been a steady stream of new miniatures and support for Warmachine but now the time has come. The Core Book is coming back with pre-orders now available.

Warmachine Core Book Returns

Personally, I think this is a pretty big deal. It’s a step in the right direction for Warmachine as Steamforged Games is looking to re-establish itself. While it never really went away, at it’s peak, Warmachine was actually the second best selling miniatures game in North America. So I know there are quite a few ex-Warmachine players out there that might just be interested in this one.

Aside from that, there’s a couple more things you might want to check out if you’re looking to dabble or dive back into Warmachine. There’s a free Quick Start Guide you can get from Steamforged Games. There’s also a free Rules-Only PDF you can download as well. Finally, there’s also the Warmachine App you can download as well.

For me personally, I’m going to check out the rules and wait until I can get my hands on the new Core Book. I like having a physical copy of the book in my hands. A lot has changed in terms of the models for Warmachine, too. It feels like an old friend is back after a long time away. Soon it’s going to be time to get reacquainted with them!

Yeah…I’m going to need that Core Book in my hands.
