On the bustling show floor of the UK Games Expo, indie publisher Grave Goods has quietly dropped a brand new, unannounced release. Making its physical debut without prior digital fanfare, Red Zero: Procyon City – The Chytrid Incident is a brand new mini-campaign designed for the publisher’s RPG-lite tactical skirmish game, Frogmen.

Spotted directly by Geek Native at the event, the zine-sized supplement offers a three- to four-session survival-horror experience. Drawing heavy inspiration from the classic video game Resident Evil, the tactical scenario promises to be a brutal and unforgiving challenge for players. The release marks a gritty pivot for the system, blending tabletop skirmish mechanics with desperate exploration, scavenging, and resource management.

The physical release includes rules for navigating 21 locations, along with cut-and-stick puzzles, battlemaps, and character sheets. It even comes packaged with paper standees and scenery, making it a complete, self-contained kit for convention-goers looking to dive straight into the horror without needing to supply their own miniatures.

Grave Goods is already well known to the UK convention circuit, having previously exhibited at Tabletop Scotland and successfully launched the grimdark bardsong series, Strang Beorn. Frogmen, which is now roughly a year old, leans more heavily into skirmish wargaming than traditional roleplaying games, but this new campaign injects a heavy dose of narrative dread into the mix. Those walking the halls in Birmingham this weekend have the very first opportunity to pick it up.
