Free League is resurrecting the classic Path of Glory campaign for Dragonbane. Today, Free League announced that it would publish a new “reimagined and updated” version of Path of Glory for its Dragonbane RPG, with a planned release date of November 12, 2024. This marks Dragonbane’s first campaign book since Free League re-launched the RPG for an English audience.
The original Path of Glory was published in 1985 and 1986 for Drakar och Demoner, the original Swedish version of Dragonbane. The adventure is split into three installments – The Dead Forest, Gates of Power, and Heart of Darkness. Free League worked with original author Roger Undhagen to update the rules for the campaign for this new edition.
Also included in the modern edition of Path of Glory is a large double-sided map by Francesca Baerald, new illustrations by David Brasgalla and new cover art by Johan Egerkrans. Digital versions are currently available for pre-order at the Free League webshop.
