Today is a big day for Kill Team fans. The new edition is up for grabs and along with a new starter set and a handful of Kill Teams. Personally, if I were to grab something, I would probably go with the Starter Set. Price wise it’s a pretty good deal. If you’re a collector it’s also your change to grab those Warhammer Heroes minis from box. Those seem like a fun painting project — if you’re into that type of thing.

Kill Team is an action-packed tabletop game of intense skirmish battles set in the 41st Millennium – the backdrop of Warhammer 40,000.
This starter set is packed with everything two players need to take their first steps into Kill Team. It contains two full kill teams – the superhuman Space Marines of the Angels of Death, and their corrupted counterparts, the foul Plague Marines of the Death Guard. Plus, with all the other tools and accessories you need, and a series of introductory scenarios, you can get to grips with the basics of lightning-fast tactical battles.
You also get three sheets of terrain made out of MDF wood with printed imagery – these simply slide together without the need for glue or paints and are easy to disassemble again for storage.
The whole box has been designed to be built and ready for play in as little as 30 minutes.

Chaos Space Marines – Chaos Lord $42
Chaos Lords have spent countless mortal life spans leading their traitorous warriors, demanding nothing but utter ruthlessness from those they command. This kit builds one Chaos Lord miniature – a ferocious leader for Chaos Space Marine armies in Warhammer 40,000. The heretical hero comes with a range of customisation options, including a choice of helmeted or unhelmeted head. The kit also provides multiple weapon options. Their right hand can be built with a power fist or plasma pistol, and their left hand can be built with an Astartes chainblade, daemon hammer, or an accursed weapon.

Inquisitorial Agents are secret teams featuring customised servitors, and soldiers seconded from any and every military branch. They’re backed up by dangerous psykers, convicted killers with skills too ‘useful’ to waste, and religious zealots whose fervour shields them from experiences that would drive more rational souls into madness.
This multipart plastic kit builds seven Inquisitorial Agents, loyal acolytes of an Imperial Inquisitor. These miniatures can be used as Inquisitorial Agent operatives in games of Kill Team or as part of Imperial Agents armies in Warhammer 40,000. Most models in this hugely varied kit can be built as two completely different specialists – an Interrogator or Enlightener, a Questkeeper or Pistolier, a Mystic or Hexorcist, and a Death World Veteran or Penal Legionnaire. You’ll also find an Autosavant, a Tome-skull, and a Gun Servitor that can be built with one of three weapons.
