Has it been a year already? Whelp, time to check in on those Games Workshop Rumor Engines from January 2024.
Once more we slowly march forward as the clock ticks time continues. And yet, we pause, look back, and take a moment to reflect on what came before. In this case: It’s the Rumor Engine from January 2024! So let’s stop getting all philosophical and numb those thoughts with some pretty pictures!

Well now this is a rare moment. We’ve got a full year and GW still hasn’t revealed something. Anyone want to take a guess at what this one could be? Looking ahead we know the Idoneth Deepkin are coming later this year for AoS. Could this be some new fishy-fish on the way?
January 16, 2024 – Coral Reef? Probably Not
Status: Also Unsolved!
Two unsolved Rumor Engines to kick of 2025! Wow this is unprecedented. Still, I’m starting to wonder if this is some weird energy field or explosion…or if it really is a Coral Reef! Is GW just hanging on to those Idoneth miniatures? Guess we’ll have to keep waiting to find out.
January 23, 2024 – Paper of Plastic?
Status: Solved
That frayed cloak belonged to one of the members of the Heroic Emberwatch Patrols from Warhammer Underworlds. At least this one got solved!

The Hive pictured in the Rumor Engine was part of the Sylvaneth Warband from the Briar and Bone boxed set. It was first revealed during the Adepticon Previews in 2024!
