Universal Studios Hollywood has provided a new description of its new Dungeons & Dragons attraction that will launch at Universal Fan Fest Nights later this year. Today, Universal Studios Hollywood started selling tickets for its Universal Fan Fest Nights, a new after-hour event that features various sci-fi, fantasy, and anime franchises. The event features various “experiences” that includes a D&D-themed adventure experience.
While we’ve reported on the event in the past, Universal officially announced Secrets of Waterdeep, the new D&D-themed attraction. Notably, the Xanathar puppet described by EN World in the past was created in collaboration with the famed Jim Henson’s Creature Shop.

DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: Secrets of Waterdeep
is an epic experience that will welcome guests and fans to partake in a one-of-a-kind adventure and explore the fantastic world of D&D. Guests will join the Harpers—a heroic spy network—to foil a plot by the legendary beholder Xanathar and save the city of Waterdeep. In creating this unique experience, Universal Studios Hollywood is collaborating with Jim Henson’s Creature Shop to create the legendary beholder Xanathar.
