The Marvel Multiverse RPG is getting an Avengers expansion. The YouTube channel Near Mint Collection revealed that Marvel plans to release an Avengers-themed expansion for its Marvel Mutlvierse RPG while previewing Marvel’s May solicitations. The new hardcover book will feature many of Marvel’s most popular superheroes, such as Black Widow, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye, the Hulk, and Iron Man, as well as several new mechanics and rulesets. The solicitations mentions rules for crafting iconic weapons like Captain America’s shield or Thor’s hammer Mjolnir, creating a headquarters similar to Avengers Tower, and rules for battling large groups of foes.
The Avengers expansion was written by Matt Forbeck, with a cover by Paco Medina and Jesus Aburtov.
Marvel Multiverse RPG has released one expansion to date, focused on the X-Men. A Spider-Verse expansion is due out for release next month.
The new rulebook will have 256 pages and cost $49.99.
