Marvel: Crisis Protocol had some major reveals at AdeptiCon 2025. Get ready for a whole bunch of awesome on the tabletop!

I’m pretty excited for all the new stuff coming to Marvel: Crisis Protocol. Atomic Mass Games had their showcase at AdeptiCon and they did not let me down! Man, I wish I was in that room. Anyhow, let’s tackle the good news!

Organized Play Kits

Store are going to get more Organized Play support. There will be 3 of these versions over the year and they will have prize support to help stores run tournaments.

More Crisis Card Packs

The War of Kings Crisis Card Pack was well received and there’s a new one in the works. While they didn’t show off any images we did get a lot of info about it.

It will be Mutants and Sentinels themed. And the name is “Tolerance is Extinction” Crisis Card Pack and it’s slated for Q1 of 2026! The character(s) in the pack will also be Omega Prime Sentinels — more on that further down.

More Affiliation Packs

More affiliation packs in 2025-26. AMG is making moves to reissue many of the out of stock characters in Affiliation Packs. And, they are doing this in a customer-friendly way with a price drop. Basically, if you do the math, the old packs would actually cost you $10 more. Instead, they are combining packs, updating the cards, and charging roughly $15 less. That’s a win for the players!

The re-issue plan was also shared. So hopefully the character you’ve been waiting for is on the way soon!

New Starter Sets On The Way

Atomic Mass Games is also planning on new starter packs. These will be $89.99 and will have a full roster of 10 characters. These are designed for new players or anyone looking to jump in with a playable Affiliation. So far there are X-Men and Spider-Foes. Asgardians and Guardians of the Galaxy were also mentioned as future packs. The idea is to also rotate some of these out and back into other packs so that the characters will be accessible.

More Previews and Showcases

The Inhuman Royal Court was an old slide, but what the heck — we’re tossing it in there anyhow.

Phoenix and Phoenix Unleashed are the same character. There will be a mechanic to have her transform from one to the other. So just be ready when Jean gets mad!

The painted versions of Avalanche, Exodus, and Lady Mastermind were shown off. I’m digging this one! They will be part of the Brotherhood.

Prowler, Spider-Man 2099, and Ultimate Spider-Man. Looking awesome and they will be part of an Affiliation Pack.

And yep! They brought in another Threat 2 character with Spider-Ham! Also Silk and Spider-Noir in the same pack, too!

Future Releases

This is the section for all the preview sculpts they showed off. I’m sooooo excited for these.

Rescue was touted as having some potent healing abilities. We’re also getting Kang the Conqueror along with Iron Lad — so which part of his time line will you play? And also Iron Monger is looking HUGE.

This Valkyrie is not the same as the one from the existing Asgardian faction, she only goes by Valkyrie and is riding her Pegasus-mount Elendil. Plus the Warriors Three are coming to battle!

Adam Warlock, Moondragon, and Quasar are coming for the Cosmic side. Also hinted that Adam Warlock will have a unique Infinity stone…

Dani Moonstar, Havoc, Multiple Man and Jubilee! I’m so excited to have Jubilee coming to the game. My X-Men ’92 collection will be complete!!!

And the Sentinels are getting a MASSIVE Upgrade. Bastion, Nimrod, and Omega Sentinel are coming. I cannot wait for this one!

Character Rebalance in May

There’s a character Rebalance coming in May.

Lot’s of good stuff coming down the pipe for Marvel: Crisis Protocol. I can’t wait to talk more about this one.
