Homebrew and Hacking released Morale Rules for In and Out of Combat for both EN Publishing’s Level Up: Advanced 5e and for regular 5e. From Morrus’ Unofficial Tabletop RPG Talk co-host PJ Coffey, this short supplement gives you options for resolving conflicts without combat by talking their way out of trouble or forcing enemies to surrender or flee (and still get the same XP reward!)
