We’re diving back into the Spider-verse with these three characters. Let’s see what they look like up close on the tabletop!
I sure feel like we’re getting a full on Spider-verse tie-in with these releases. Especially when you pair them with the previous one we covered. Anyhow, now we have Silk, Spider-Ham, and Spider-Man Noir ready for a close up inspection. Thanks again to Atomic Mass Games for sending us a review copy. Now that I’ve got them built let’s explore the Spider-verse together!
This box is packing both serious and very un-serious fun. Spider-Ham has a level of cartoonishness that can’t be ignored. While Spider-Man Noir and Silk both come from much more dangerous backgrounds. I can’t wait to try them all out on the tabletop.
Silk, Spider-Ham & Spider-Man Noir Unboxed
First up, as usual for AMG products, we have both the cards and the sprues in their own bags. I do appreciate this setup because it does prevent the sprues from damaging the cards or bits getting lost in transit. Speaking of the cards…
You get all the cards for the characters in the supported languages. I just wanted to show the art off for the Team Tactic Cards. Additionally, if you’d like a deeper dive for these characters, I did cover them in more detail already. Personally, I really think the mix of Threat Values in this box is a good thing. Having a new 2, 3, and 4 Threat for your Roster allows you to try new things. As opposed to just another batch of 4s. Not that AMG does that a lot or anything…
Anyhow, on to the sprues!
There are a bunch of optional bits for each character which I’ll cover for each one when we take a closer look down below. This one also comes with the batch of 4 standard small bases as well.
The Miniatures Up Close
I really like the way each one of these characters turned out. I went with a look that was close to the box art but you can really have some fun with these.
Silk
Silk comes with a different head top option so you can opt for long or shorter hair. Again, I was going for more of the box art look so I opted for the slightly shorter hair look. I really liked how this one turned out with the pose. The right arm holding the webbing that attaches to the bit she standing on is a nice touch. The main anchor point is her foot and there’s a slot for it so you can’t really miss it. I did have a little trouble getting her right arm to set properly. But once I got that attached I was able to slot in the webbing just fine. YMMV.

Spider-Ham comes with the oversized mallet and a “WHACK!” in comicbook text you can add — if you choose. My apologizes about the flash still on the head and on this miniature. I thought I got most of it when I was assembling but I noticed the head flash after I had just added glue and I wanted to let it set first before scraping it off. It’s cured now that I’ve taken photos so I’ll fix all that before I get into painting.
Anyhow, assembly-wise, Spider-Ham is pretty easy to build. I did think that I had lost a bit for the torso, but no, AMG was just very economical with the bits. I just had to dry fit things and it all clicked. Still, it’s a comically large mallet that’s throwing me off. I feel like I need a list with Deadpool, Spider-Ham, and Nightcrawler. I’ll call it “The Comic Text Attack” list. I’ll still need a few more additions to the list.
Spider-Man Noir
Spider-Man Noir is another neat miniature. Honestly, I’m not sure I like the hat now that I see it in photos. Thankfully, he does come with two other head options. So you can choose the one you like the best. I don’t hate it or anything and it does fit the character. This miniature was also really easy to build. The only really tricky part was the right arm. There’s a shoulder slot for it but also a gap on the right leg so you can do this pose. Plus his fingers are meant to touch the platform he’s on, too. Overall, this build was probably still really easy and the results are good.
Silk, Spider-Ham, & Spider-Man Noir Pre-Orders
The character pack for Silk, Spider-Ham, and Spider-Man Noir is currently up for pre-order. It has a release date of October 24, 2025.
Marvel: Crisis Protocol – Silk, Spider-Ham & Spider-Man Noir $54.99
This Character Pack adds 3 new Spider-Verse Affiliation characters to Marvel: Crisis Protocol. Silk uses her Spider-powers and heightened agility to strike fast and escape quickly. She is an excellent hit-and-run fighter. Spider-Ham uses his cartoon-like powers to take down foes, bringing hilarity and justice to the battlefield. Stalking the criminal underworld of 1930s New York, Spider-Man Noir packs a pistol that he uses for ranged attacks but has the durability of a street brawler.
This pack is a must-have for Spider-Verse fans and players building out a Spider-Verse roster.
