Or technically tomorrow — depending on what part of the world you’re in. It’s a time zone thing. Set an alarm for the Warhammer Preview!

This is just a friendly reminder that the World Championship of Warhammer is going on right now. You can actually watch it on Warhammer’s Twitch channel right now. There’s loads of games happening and they have you covered for that. However, there’s one other big event that’s slated to happen tonight.

Warhammer Previews – World Championship Edition

There’s loads of cool stuff on deck for this preview as well. Here’s what’s on the docket:

  • Warhammer Quest: Darkwater
  • Warhammer: 40,000
  • Warhammer: Age of Sigmar
  • Warhammer: The Horus Heresy
  • Warhammer: Legions Imperialis
  • Warhammer: The Old World
  • Necromunda

The big launch reveal is for the Warhammer Quest: Darkwater launch. We’ve already seen four of the heroes from that game revealed but there’s still the matter of everything else.

As for the other systems, who knows! I’m betting we see some sort of announcement about the next phase of Warhammer: 40,000 now that all the codexes are out. Will we see the narrative pushed forward? Perhaps another series of books announced like the Arks of Omen? Surely there will be some big surprises waiting for us there.

For Age of Sigmar, I’m also curious about what’s coming down the pipe. There’s still loads of Battletomes that need a release. Plus we’re hot on the heels of the release of the Helsmiths of Hashut. I wonder what’s been baking in the AoS oven.

As for all the other systems, well, I’m sure we could speculate on them also. I am wondering if we’ll see more Dark Mechanicus for both The Horus Heresy and for Legions Imperialis. Everytime I think that well of Horus Heresy is about tapped out, GW surprises me!

As for Warhammer: The Old World, we’re about to see the unleashing of the Chaos Marauders. I’m hoping there’s even more updated miniatures for that entire game in the future. The new Chaos Marauders look fantastic and, frankly, make me want to run them over Darkoath all day long.

And finally that brings us to Necromunda. I really am at a loss for what’s next for that game. We’ve got the surface of the planet with a civil war going on. The Palanite Enforcer book just dropped. And we’ve still got the Ash Wastes and the mysterious Hive Secundus problems to deal with.

I’m sure there’s more GW and whip up for all these games which is why I’m setting an alarm for this preview. Hopefully we get some new road maps and some plans revealed about the future of these games! I’ll see you in chat.

What do you hope to see tonight/tomorrow from the Warhammer Preview?
