Virtual Gift Vouchers can be used on Warhammer.com, and on the terminals in Warhammer stores. They cannot be used on BlackLibrary.com, WarhammerDigital.com, or on non-terminal purchases in Warhammer stores. For Physical Gift Vouchers, which can be used in-store, please use our Store Finder.

Can I return a Virtual Gift Voucher?
Yes, please contact our customer services team and include your voucher code and the order number you purchased it on. We can then sort out the rest for you.
How do I cancel or return products purchased with a Virtual Gift Voucher?
Items purchased with a Virtual Gift Voucher can be treated exactly the same as products purchased through any other method. The refund goes back to the original payment method used for the purchase – in this case your voucher.
