Modiphius wants to embroil you in intrigue, survival, and Spice, with new bundles for Dune: Adventures in the Imperium available now.

Modiphius has new bundles for Dune: Adventures in the Imperium, the Dune RPG, available on its webstore now. You can save big and get your hands on the core rulebook, starter set, and more. There’s a variety of options available, depending on just how into it you want to get.

Dune: Adventures in the Imperium

If you haven’t tried it, Modiphius’ Dune RPG is a character-driven RPG that pulls you into the world of Frank Herbert’s Dune. You’ll find influences from themov ie interpretations as well – but, by far the biggest influence is Modiphius’ 2d20 engine, which you might know from Star Trek Adventures or the Fallout RPG.

The key differences here are that you also run your own House – or House-like organization. Especially in the deluxe starter set, Agents of Dune you’ll get the full Dune RPG experience. Which bears mentioning, because the “starter set” is actually a robust campaign. It’s not just an intro adventure and some regen characters. It details the fall (and potential rise again) of House Nagara as Imperial intrigue comes for it.

I mention the starter set because that’s one of the big core components of these bundles. The two best bundles, by far, are the Dune Essentials bundles, which gather together the core rulebook, GM’s toolkit (which includes GM screen), custom dice, and the Agents of Dune starter set.

The only difference between either of the Essentials Bundles is whether or not you get a collector’s edition core rulebook. Either way, that’s the bundle I’d go with. There are others at the webstore, linked below, but those are for the real diehard fans.

If you want to just play the game, I’d probably go with the Dune Essentials standard edition bundle, because that is the most cost-effective one, and it will keep you playing for a while. I can’t stress enough how Agents of Dune sets the stage for a larger campaign. It’s a full-on 116 page adventure that shows off the systems of the game, while also charting the fates of House Nagara.

It even hooks into other adventures. So if you’ve been wanting to give the Dune RPG a try, the Essentials Bundles have you covered. You can find both of them at the link below!
