Games Workshop is bringing chaos to March with the Miniature of the Month and two Commemorative Coins up for grabs.

Each month Warhammer Stores feature a new miniature that you can pop into and pick-up. There’s also a commemorative coin each month, too. This time around though, there are two coins you can score — but you’ll have to check in with your local Warhammer store to find out how.

Miniature of the Month – Darkoath Marauders

Drawn from the myriad tribes that populate the Mortal Realms beyond the walls of civilisation, the Darkoath are skilled warriors who pledge themselves to the service of the Chaos Gods in many forms. Each swears an oath before battle in the hope of attracting their patron’s attention, with victory granting great power and failure putting them at the mercy of their malevolent deities.

The miniature you can get from your Warhammer Store might be different from the one pictured above. Personally, I’m convinced the store manager just busts open some unit boxes and assembles them for you to take home. But that’s just my theory. How you get your own Darkoath miniature depends on the store so ask them about it directly.

March Commemorative Coins

This month has two Commemorative Coins available. First up, we have the Realm of Shyish Collectable Coin:

This one seems particularly appropriate as we’ve got the Ossiarch Bonereapers releasing this month from the Realm of Death. Later in the month you can also get a fancy Black Library coin, too. This one features the Alpha Legion’s ominous Hydra logo:

At least I’m pretty sure it’s the Alpha Legion. WarCom doesn’t specifically say it is and with the Alpha Legion, you never can tell. Anyhow, this Black Library celebration coin will be in stores starting March 28th. The Miniature of the Month and the Shyish Coin will be available starting March 7th. Again, for specifics on how to get the miniature ask the store. The coins typically have some sort of purchasing/pricing threshold but your local Warhammer Store will have the specifics. If you’re in the market for any of the new Combat Patrols or Spearhead boxes, you should absolutely ask about these coins though…

Alpha Legion Coin? Please report to your local Inquisitor. They have some questions for you.
