Monte Cook Games will release Come Hell or High Water, a new Old Gods of Appalachia RPG adventure anthology book, into retail on June 10, 2026.
This anthology contain three complete adventures: “Monsters Among Us,” “Doctor Nathaniel’s Traveling Marvelment” and “Special Delivery.” These adventures occur in settings familiar to Old Gods players, such as the Walker House, the Clutch, and the Devil’s Divide, which have now been fully-fleshed out in the book. The book also contains more detailed sites to add to campaigns: a factory town, a haunted wood, and a hotel in a drowned lake.
It will retail for $44.99.
Monte Cook Games will also release the Character Rulebook and Game Master’s Guide, for Cypher TTRPG, into retail (see “‘Cypher TTRPG’ Core Rulebooks“).
