Beadle & Grimm’s will bring their immersive tabletop RPG expertise to the Avatar Legends RPG with a new campaign set coming soon.
Avatar Legends, the RPG set in the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender and Legend of Korra is about to get a whole lot more deluxe. Beadle & Grimm’s, makers of immense boxed sets for familiar adventures/campaigns, including the Curse of Strahd Platinum Edition, which features wearable items, maps, and more, will be bringing their tabletop handout creation convocation to the world of Avatar.
This comes in the form of a five-adventure campaign set called Voyage of the Unity that will showcase both the world of Avatar: Legends (shortly before the Fire Nation attacked) and the scope of Beadle & Grimm’s ability to make cool accompaniments for RPGs. In an upcoming Kickstarter, you’ll be able to snag either a standard set or a premium edition, both of which will have plenty to offer any backer.
Avatar: Legends – Voyage of the Unity Campaign Set, Kickstarting Soon
In this five-adventure set, you’ll embark on a grand tour of the Four Nations at the behest of a Water Tribe explorer. As the Unity prepares to embark, with a crew drawn from across the corners ofthe world, suspicion looms above all:
“Voyage of the Unity is a series of five linked adventures that take place both on the Unity and at various ports of call across the Four Nations. Called upon by Taqukaq to join the crew as protectors and heroes, the player characters set sail in a time of relative peace… but tensions simmer just below the surface, threats of the war to come that will change everything in the Hundred Year War.”
As you might expect, this is a campaign that shows off everything you love about the Avatar world. You get to visit each of the nations; you get to play with elemental bending, hybrid animals, and, of course, my favorite, tear-bending.
And for this first foray into the Avatarverse, Beadle & Grimm’s has prepared not one, but TWO different sets that you’ll be able to decide between, the standard and the premium edition:
The standard edition of Voyage of the Unity comes in a decorated slip case, and includes everything you need to play: 5 adventure booklets, a Guide to the Unity for the GM, a booklet of condensed core rules, and an exclusive Avatar Legends GM Screen.
The premium edition includes all elements of the standard edition in a handsome collectable box, as well as a collection of in-world elements from the adventures including bending scrolls, in-world handouts, maps, and other elements the GM can use to create an immersive experience for their players around the table.
