Games Workshop has a pair of new Sanctioned Psykers that have been enlisted by the Palanite Enforcers. Get ready for a battle of wills!

With the battles around the hives of Necromunda heating up the Palanites are escalating things. We’ve seen their new reinforcements coming but those weren’t the only additions to their arsenal. Now they are getting some Sanctioned Psykers to help enforce the law.

“Enforcer Haunts are forced to endure unprecedented levels of indoctrination and hypnotic programming even among the brainwashed ranks of the Palanites, rendered utterly incapable of so much as questioning orders. When not locked away in chambers covered with protective wards deep within precinct-fortresses, they are locked in suits of psycho-reactive armour designed to help control and focus their abilities.”

Rules-wise, they are Sanctioned Psykers. That means they get access to psychic powers and, thanks to their training, they get to re-roll a Willpower test once per battle. They also have those handy Hexagrammatic Dampers to prevent anything TOO crazy from crawling out of the Warp due to a perils test. That does mean if they have to take one of those tests they are just taken out of action…

That said there are two different versions of these Enforcers Haunts. First up we have the Psyrenders. These are the more subtle of the two. They engage in mental warfare and mess with their target’s mind. These are the ones that make folks see things with hallucinations, trick them into turning on allies, or even break them down mentally.

The Enforcer Haunt Bonecrushers on the other hand are a bit more straightforward. These are the ones that crush their enemies with a thought. They can generate fields of force around their friends to protect them. Or force the enemies to go flying off the various platforms around Necromunda. Battlefield manipulation at it’s finest.

These new Palanite Enforcer Haunts are coming soon and will have their rules in the up coming Bastions of Law book. They will be cast in Forge World Resin.
