Next week’s pre-orders feature those daring dark elves, the Drukhari, with a new codex, battleforce box, combat patrol, and more!
Coming in hot from Comorragh, wefting in from the Warp, are the Drukhari. These aeldari have escaped the slavering jaws of Slaanesh by giving into hedonism and cruelty. Which sounds like it shouldn’t work, but the thing is, they make sure that the suffering happens to someone else. And soon, you, too can help spread the pain with a new Drukhari codex and several accompanying minis, including Lady Malys and a new Battleforce box. All this, next week!
List Item

It all starts with the new Drukhari Codex. Inside you’ll find all the usual suspects: more lore and art, as well as updated datasheets – there are 23 in the book. Plus you’ll get rules for five detachments and Drukhari-centric Crusade rules.

Every Drukhari Kabal needs a skilled leader, one who can thrive in the cutthroat world of Comorragh intrigue. And heading up the Kabal of the Poisoned Tongue is the surprisingly polite Lady Malys. But don’t mistake courtesy for weakness. Behind the mask lies a strategic genius: she can put up to three units into strategic reserves after deployment. And her presence can increase the cost of enemy stratagems by 1CP.

The Realspace Raiders Battleforce box shows off the diversity of the Drukhari forces, giving you a taste of their capabilities. In this big box, you’ll get 5 Scourges, 5 Hellions, 5 Incubi (including a Shrine token), 10 Kabalite Warriors, 10 Wyches, and a Venom, all led by the gorgeous new sculpt of the Drukhari Archon.

The Drukhari Archon, or Drukharchon, will be battleforce box exclusive (for a little while), so if you want to get your hands on the mini soon, you gotta get the big box. But you’ll get a versatile array of archon parts, including two torso options, two collars, right arms holding either a blast pistol, splinter pistol, or soul trap, and left arms holding an agoniser, huskblade, or master-crafted power weapon, plus three head options.

Of course, if you want a smaller sampling of Drukhari – or just a more focused force – you can get the Coven of Agonies combat patrol. This Haemonculi Coven is all about creating strange monstrosities, and in it you’ll get: a Cronos, a Talos, and 10 Wracks, all lead by Haemonculus Xatrophos Nuul.

Speaking of Wracks, the new Wracks kit gives you ten twisted abominations who have been turned into living weapons to serve at their creators’ pleasure.

And finally, they may not be Drukhari in name, but the timing of the preorder release means they’re Drukhari in spirit, you can get the Death Korps of Krieg combat patrol. Which, you know, the more I think about it, the more they really are kinda like Drukhari, with the excessive use of K’s and everything. In this box, you’ll get a Commissar and Command Squad, as well as 10 Death Korps of Krieg infantry, a heavy weapons squad sporting three powerful guns and a Fire Coordinator, plus a lance of five Death Riders.
All this, next week!
