Kobold Press will release RiverBank RPG, a new cozy RPG, into retail on November 15, 2025.
This RPG was announced back at GAMA Expo 2025 (see “Kobold Press Heads to the ‘RiverBank’“). It was written and designed by Kij Johnson, a Hugo and a Nebula Award winner. In this game, players will take their animal characters on quests as they play out stories of friendship. Additionally, the game features a new game system that utilizes D4, D6, and D12 dice to resolve action.
It will retail for $49.99.
