Avalon Hill will release Wizards of Morcar, a HeroQuest Quest Pack, on March 1, 2025.
This Quest Pack is an updated version of the 1991 HeroQuest: Wizards of Morcar expansion game for use with new edition of HeroQuest (see “‘HeroQuest’ Makes Its Triumphant Return“). Players will venture in the Northern Dread Wastes in order thwart Zargon’s plan to release the magic of the 1000 Dread Sorcerers. It adds 10 epic quests to the HeroQuest core game (five of which are based on the ones from the original expansion) as well as a skill acquisition game mechanic. The pack also includes 64 game cards with updated artwork, an alternate sculpt of the Wizard hero, and more.
The new Quest Pack, in addition to the core game, supports two to five players, ages 14 and up, and will retail for $49.99.
