Games Workshop has two new event miniatures that you can score by attending official Warhammer Events. Both are packing resolute glares!
If you’re heading to any of the conventions, tournaments, or other major shows where the Warhammer Events team will be then you’ll have a chance to score these miniatures.
These two characters are part of the Commemorative Series. This time around it’s a Cadian Castellan and a Sergeant-at-Arms from the Cities of Sigmar. Both of them are leaning hard into the stoic pose and I think the only thing that’s really missing is a tactical skull/rock to stand on here.
Both of these miniatures will be available first at AdeptiCon, from the 25th of March, and then at the many events attended by our travelling team throughout the year – including the Warhammer Open Series and World Championships. They will be available at selected Warhammer Events until before the next year’s AdeptiCon.
Cadian Castellan
This miniature is dubbed “Cadia Unbroken” for obvious reasons. This is a Cadian Castellan who’s clearly overseeing a battle. She’s got a fairly no nonsense look about her. The gloved hand behind the back is a nice touch. I’m pretty sure you could slot her into a Command Squad as an officer miniature, too!
Cities of Sigmar Sergeant-at-Arms
The second miniature coming is also looking very stoic. This one is called Dawner’s Reward. He’s got a look that said he’s either seen it all or seen waaaaay too much. Either way, he’s still on the march to war.
He’s got a bloody weapon that’s probably just been used to decapitate that unfortunate Kruelboy he’s standing on the head of. Hey! Does that count as a tactical skull? Hmm…I guess the sculptors DID think of that.
If you’re interested in getting either (or both) of these miniatures then you can score them first at AdeptiCon 2026. But they are also going to be at the various shows that the Warhammer Events team arrives at. There’s also the possibility that GW will have them available through “other routes in the future.”
How many days away from retirement do these two veterans have?
