There are two new books for the Blade Runner RPG out for pre-order (with immediate PDF release): Replicant Rebellion & Solo Mode.

The Blade Runner RPG is about to make the noir-soaked streets of LA in 2037 a lot more interesting, with two new releases out for pre-order. First is Replicant Rebellion, which you might remember from the Kickstarter back in August of 2024. The book is finally headed for wide release, offering players a look at the other side of the Blade Runner spectrum as members of the Replicant Underground.

Then there’s Solo Mode, a suite of rules for playing the Blade Runner RPG as a solo experience. Accompanying that is an asset pack full of news handouts, maps, mugshots, and more for creating your own Case Files. Let’s check ’em out!

Replicant Rebellion

There’s something about the idea behind Replicant Rebellion that hits real hard these days. This is a book about dismantling the machine, one cog at a time as you play members of the Replicant Underground who are committed to exposing the lies and dirty secrets of the megacorporations that are slowly turning LA into the playground of the ultra-wealthy who want to use the new generation of Nexus-9 Replicants to continue to hoard wealth away from the oppressed underclass.

Can’t imagine why that hits differently in 2026.

The streets are teeming with Blade Runners, attacking from every angle. Wallace Corp has LA under its private microscope, scalpel at the ready. The city is reeling from the return of Replicants just a year ago, and one controversy could spark an anti-Replicant brushfire, rallying the seething mobs into an outright civil war with humans and Nexus on both sides.

You are a member of the Replicant Underground, a decentralized network of Independent rebels dismantling the machine one cog at a time. The Underground is everyone and no one. Human and Replicant. Soldiers, smugglers, street rats, senators, and saboteurs. Grizzled vets, off-grid ghosts, even a few born yesterday. Quite literally.

Solo Mode & Asset Pack

Then there’s Solo Mode, which comes with the accompanying Asset Pack. The asset pack is a “wealth of resources and carefully crafted handouts” which you can use to enrich your own tabletop campaigns. You’ll find everything from newspaper front pages and action maps to crime scene photos and data sheets.

As well, you’ll find the rules for running Blade Runner on your own. If you haven’t tried a solo RPG yet, what are you waiting for? It’s 2026 for crying out loud. Start journal RPing with yourself already, trust me, it’s eye opening.

You can pre-order both releases at the link below – when you do, you get PDF copies of whatever you order immediately, with phyiscal products expected in May!
