It’s a big week for Kill Team fans. A new boxed set brings two new Kill Teams and the Red Terror to your tabletop!
Kill Team rolls out a new boxed set as part of next week’s pre-orders. And while Kill Team: Devlan might sound like Kill Team is shouting for their nine-year-old to get down from the table, it’s actually the name of the planet where the next expansion is focused.
As part of the new Kill Team boxed set, you get two new teams with one very scary Tyranid. But that’s not all. There’s an expansion with new rules for creating your own deadly threats and solo mode. As well as a host of other minis who are, as it happens, Kill Team ready.
Kill Team: Devlan And Friends
It all kicks off with Kill Team Devlan, the big new expansion box for Kill Team. In it, you’ll find two new Kill Teams: the Spectre Squad, who are a bunch of elite but also somehow hapless Guard that will no doubt end up in the maw of the Red Terror, a new Nemesis Operative that leads a gang of 10 Termagants and a Ripper Swarm.

Kill Team: Nemesis Operatives rolls out even more options. This is an expansion for Kill Team with rules for creating your own datacards for new threats, aka your nemesis operatives like the Red Terror. You can also find new rules for solo, co-op, and competitive play, and a host of ready to run nemesis operatives like the Ambull and Archivist.
The Archivist, conveniently enough, is back and ready to burn through your Kill Teams with an atomic disassembler.

If you prefer your death to be a little more organic, don’t worry, you can also get a terrifying Ambull and Borewyrm Infestation pack that will be perfect for eating all your guys.
Of course you can also find a bunch of Kill Team ready kits next week, starting with the Celestian Insidants. This box comes with a Sister Superior and nine Insidants, but it also has parts enough to build a Sororitas Kill Team full of specialists.

Feeling heretical? The Murderwing kit has you covered with Chaos Lord and Raptors that can also be built as a bunch of specialists.

Finally, next week you can find a variety of new plushies. There’s a soft Goff Ork Boy, a plush Nurgling with two sets of red cheeks, and my favorite, the Klonk, the Rockbrow Squig.
All this, next week!
