Mad Cave Studios will publish their first tabletop roleplaying game, The Last Wardens TTRPG, which will hit stores on June 24, 2026.
The Last Wardens Tabletop TTRPG is a retro, cosmic horror RPG that is based on the 2024 comic series by the same name. The new game runs on an RPG system based on Free League’s Year Zero Engine (see “Two OGLs“), and was developed by Studio Far Horizons. The core rulebook contains everything players need to generate characters and run a game The Last Wardens’ world. The character generation system has over 180 character features to help players personalize their Warden, and the book contains a complete multi-part adventure, Three Sisters of Whisper Falls.
It will retail for $49.99.
