Renegade Game Studios will reprint Lords of Waterdeep, a D&D board game, as well as its Scoundrels of Skullport expansion for Hasbro. They will release into retail in April 2026.
Hasbro has quietly allowed Renegade games to reprint what many consider one of the best Dungeons & Dragons board games ever released. In Lords of Waterdeep, players take on the roles of lords of the iconic Forgotten Realms city and hire adventurers to do their bidding. Along the way, the complete quests, gain control of buildings in town, and score points towards becoming one of the greatest lords of the land. This game was originally released in 2011 (see “‘Lords of Waterdeep’“); the Renegade printing is a straight-up reprint of the original game and will retail for $55.
Renegade will also reprint the expansion for the game, Scoundrels of Skullport (see “‘Lords of Waterdeep: Scoundrels of Skullport Expansion’“). The expansion contains two complete modules: the dungeon of Undermountain and the subterranean criminal haven of Skullport. This game is also reprinting of the original game with no new content, and will retail for $40.
