This massive LEGO Vader’s castle includes thousands of pieces, Imperial starships, detailed interior, and amazing lighting.

The planet Mustafar has played an important role in the Star Wars galaxy. Once a Sith world, Mustafar was later sold to the Techno Union and used for mining. It is most famous as the site of the tragic battle between Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker at the end of the Clone Wars. It is here that Anakin was injured and fully became Darth Vader.

Later Vader return to the world and built a castle on the world with the orginal name of Fortress Vader. This castle was seen in Rogue One when Vader met Krennic there and as the seat of Vader’s power under the Empire. After his death the castle fell into disrepair, but was later visited by Kylo Ren while looking for a McGuffin in the movie we should all forget happened.

LEGO Vader’s Castle

The castle (and some of the local scenery) have been brilliantly rendered in LEGO by builder Lava Brix (did they pick the name just for this build, cus it would make sense). The build has over 100,000 pieces, (40,000 of those in the lava). It stands 5 1/2 feet tall and over 100 lights and 62 mini-figs. It’s a super cool build that looks great in the light… or the dark. A balanced build worthy of a chosen one you might say.

The focus of the build is of course Fortress Vader. This black spire is super impressive and dominates the build. But its got a lot more than just the fortress. The lit up lava river runs below it and is pretty iconic for any Star Wars fan.

The build also includes several vehicles. You’ve got TIEs and shuttlers flying around on cool stands. Another shuttle has landed with plenty of troops lined up to welcome it. Coolest of all is the massive AT-AT walking in the Lava. Rad. Alone with some other bits and bobs are nice easter eggs. The most iconic one contains the famous Anakin/Obi-Wan dual.

You can check out this video by the creator showing it off.
