Next week’s pre-orders are all about the skeletal machinations of the Ossiarch Bonereapers, with a new Battletome, minis, and more.
Valentine’s Day might have been yesterday, but next week Games Workshop wants to send you to the bone zone with the pre-order release of the Ossiarch Bonereapers. It’s the full on Battletome with a new epic leader mini, the Liege-Kavalos on War Chariot, as well as a new Spearhead and Regiment of Renown box. If you need skeletons, this release is for you!
Step Into The Bone Zone With The Ossiarch Bonereapers Pre-Order
It all kicks off with Battletome: Ossiarch Bonereapers. You know the drill by now. The new Battletome has all the rules you need to run a Bonereapers army, including updated Warscrolls, Spearhead, and Path to Glory rules. Get this book and send your skeletons out to do bone things.
The Liege-Kavalos on War Chariot is the new hotness. With the ability to command other Chariots and lead them through defensive maneuvers, this Liege-Kavalos will make you fast and furious. Also there are much more skulls than you’d expect a bone horse to have.
If you’re not doing Chariots, you could take a Liege-Mortek on foot to command your Mortek troops. This kit comes with sword, spear, and axe, and can be assembled with helmet or without.
Speaking of Mortek troops, the new Triaxes kit gives you 20 Mortek Triaxes (with sixty eyes between them) and four Balefire Braziers, as well as enough bows to rain death upon your enemies. Death and arrows.
Mortis Reapers are elite assassin types, armed with spectral blades capable of reaping souls, this kit gives you five Mortis Reapers with different options for left hands.
If you really wanna lean into the reaping part of Ossiarch Bonereapers, then you probably want to pick up a Mortisan Soulreaper. With magic scythe and the ability to use harvested souls to mess up their enemies, these guys add insult to injury.
The new Ossiarch Spearhead comes with a dedicated fighting force ready to play in Spearhead mode, as the name suggests. In this kit, you get a Liege-Kavalos (who can also be Arch-Kavalos Zandtos), as well as 8 Teratic Cohort, and 10 Kavalos Deathriders.
There’s also a new Regiment of Renown, the Heralds of the Bone-tithe. They’re a sort of outreach team, if you will, because they can work with also the Flesh-eater Courts, Nighthaunts, or Soulblight Gravelords armies. In this kit, you’ll find Vokmortian, Master of the Bone-tithe, 3 Immortis Guard, and 10 Mortis Guards.
Finally, in Warhammer Underworlds, you get a new Underworlds Warband. With Thanatek’s Tithe, you get five Ossiarch Bonereapers led by Thanatek. This is a Flex-style warband.
