Dark Horse is releasing the new miniseries Dungeons & Dragons: Total Party Killers in July 2026.
Five classic D&D monsters — a lycanthrope, gelatinous cube, mind flayer, death knight, and baby beholder — band together to gain their freedom from the spell of a dead wizard, creating their own adventuring party. The series is written by Christopher Hastings, illustrated by Denis Medri, colored by Dan Jackson, and lettered by Lucas Gattoni.
The first issue has covers by Elizabeth Beals, Matías Bergara (1:20 incentive variant), Michael Walsh, and Lukas Ketner, plus a blank character sheet cover.
Dark Horse previously published The Fallbacks, its first D&D comic under the license from Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast (see “Dark Horse Announces First ‘D&D’ Comic“).
The four-issue series starts July 22, 2026, with issues priced at $4.99.
