Free League Publishing will release Invincible: Superhero Roleplaying – Starter Set, a new entry level RPG boxed set, into retail on July 30, 2026.
This set was originally announced as part of the Kickstarter campaign (see “‘Invincible: Superhero Roleplaying’ Announced“). It provides everything players need to play the Invincible RPG at a reasonably low price point. The set includes an overview of the Year Zero Engine rules set as well as three-act introductory adventure, “Metro Mayhem,” for players to try out. This box also comes with 6 pre-generated characters, including Atom Eve, Rex Splode, Monster Girl, and Invincible himself, a large double-sided action map, cardboard action tokens and standees for heroes and their adversaries; a deck of custom cards for drawing the initiative and 10 engraved custom D6 dice.
It will retail for $29.99.
