Pathfinder’s Impossible Magic splatbook, coming at the very end of July, will expand the magical potential of any Pathfinder party.
The world of Golarion is about to get a whole lot more magical, thanks to the upcoming new Pathfinder splatbook, Impossible Magic. It will introduce four new classes to Pathfinder 2E Remastered, as well as hundreds of new spells, magic items, arcane academies, new archetypes, and more. It’s the big book o’ magic in all its glory, and it’s coming in July.

Pathfinder’s Impossible Magic Brings Back The Magus And More
I think right away the most exciting thing about Impossible Magic is the four new classes. It updates a longtime favorite class, the Magus, which fights with blade and spell in equal measure (theoretically – we won’t get into the countless arguments about the class over the years), to the latest Pathfinder ruleset. And that alone is worth getting excited about. I think with Pathfinder’s new system, the Magus might live up to its potential.
But it’s not just the Magus. There’s also the Necromancer, who is all about summoning an army of the undead. If you want to have minions that you can send out there to fight your foes, and get sidetracked by the occasional banana, this is the class for you.
Meanwhile the Runesmith is all about inscribing magical runes on their friends and foes (and also their own items), while the Summoner tries to do what D&Doesn’t, and have a class that’s focused on having a summonable companion that still feels fun to play.
The perfect spell can solve just about any problem. From simple cantrips to reality-warping magic, this new rulebook contains a plethora of options for any adventurer who wants to delve into the unknown and unlock their true magical potential.
Within the confines of these pages lies the magnificent spellcraft of four wonderfully magical and unique classes!

Of course there’s a lot more than just the new classes. You’ll find a ton of archetypes to play with, as well as a host of powerful new spells. There’s “more than 240” new spells, which means somewhere between 241-249, my personal guess is 242, but we’ll see when the book officially comes out in July.
And GMs and players who get really into the lore of Golarion, will probably be delighted by the new arcane schools that are “derived from the heart of the Impossible Lands themselves.” All this is coming soon, so keep an eye out for the pre-order.
Impossible Magic awaits!
