Games Workshop has released the Datasheets for all the units within the new Leviathan Boxed set. Get them now and prepare your forces!
One of the big surprises for me when unboxing the Leviathan Starters Box was the lack of datasheets for the units inside.
Now, we have been told by GW that all the datasheets would be available for every unit and all the rules would be out day 1, so it kind of made sense. However it seems like GW wanted to get ahead of the curve on this one and has put the datasheets out today for everyone to download.
“To whet your appetite that little bit more, you can now download every single Leviathan datasheet right here. This means as soon as you get your box and get everything built, you can start playing straight away.”

From the looks of things these are the full datasheets for the units inside the box and when combined with the core rules should allow you to start playing right out of the box…mostly.
You’re still going to need the Detachment Rules which also include available stratagems for that specific Detachment. We’ve gotten teasers for the Space Marines and Tyranids. Unfortunately we’re still short a few stratagems to know exactly how they play out.
But if you wanted to attempt to play right now with the Core Rules, these datasheets, and the basic Detachments minus the stratagems you could try. You’d still need the mission cards to get the full experience however.
In the Leviathan Box you will get all the mission cards as well as objective markers. Plus GW is still planning on unleashing all the Indexes for all the armies day one. So folks WILL be able to grab a box of Leviathan when it’s in stores and have all the digital resources available to play on launch.
Also keep an eye out for a new Munitorum Field Manual coming soon with all the points for all the armies, too. That’s one more piece of rules you’ll need to play Warhammer 40,000: 10th Edition.
Grab those datasheets and read the Core Rules…It’s about to be game time!
