Star Wars: Legion has a new batch of Customizable Commanders for all four armies. I hope this is a sign of things to come.
Atomic Mass Games has been cranking out the Star Wars: Legion kits. We knew that from AdeptiCon earlier this year that Star Wars: Legion was going to get a huge update and it seems that time is now. Aside from the new Starter Sets, these new Customizable Commanders are the kits I’m most excited about. Each set has a bunch of different options and gives you enough bits to build two miniatures. Let’s go through each one from the Pre-Orders.
New Custom Commanders For Star Wars: Legion
Star Wars: Legion – Customizable Super Tactical Command Droid $39.99
Release Date: November 7, 2025
“This Star WarsTM: Legion Separatist Alliance Commanders and Operatives Expansion gives players two customizable Commander and Operative units to expand their Separatist Alliance army. The Separatist Alliance Super Tactical Command Droid pack allows players to build two customized Separatist Alliance characters that can be used as either a Commander or Operative when building their Separatist Alliance armies.”
The Droids are up first and we’ve got a look at what you’ll be able to assemble here. I really like the extra options and I kind of want to have one with the spider-legs and cape. I’m also glad to see AMG experimenting with these modular bits more. I don’t have a Droid army but I’m tempted to pick up one of these kits just to check them out for the bits.
Star Wars: Legion – Customizable Imperial Officer & Agent $39.99
Release Date: October 10, 2025
The Empire Imperial Officer & Agent pack allows players to build two customized Galactic Empire characters that can be used as either a Commander or Operative when building their Galactic Empire armies.
Next we have the Imperial Officer and Agent pack. I have to say, I really like the look of both of these kits from the examples. I also and curious to see how crazy you can get with the poses on this set. I like the Agent with the extra body armor and baton. They both look like no nonsense types. Probably why they don’t have the cape.
Star Wars: Legion – Customizable Rebel Officer & Agent $39.99
Release Date: October 10, 2025
The Rebel Alliance Imperial Officer & Agent pack allows players to build two customized Rebel Alliance characters that can be used as either a Commander or Operative when building their Rebel Alliance armies.
One of the things I really want to highlight here is the different head options. It’s neat to see that AMG is really leaning into the aliens that are a part of the Rebellion. It seems like each kit is adding more options for the non-human heads and I’m okay with this. I am also curious to see all the available bits coming in this one. It’s also worth noting all these kits come with their respective upgrade options, too.

Star Wars: Legion – Customizable Jedi General and Knight $39.99
Release Date: November 7, 2025
The Customizable Jedi General and Knight allows players to build two customized Jedi General and Knight characters that can be used as either a Commander or Operative when building their Galactic Republic armies.
Finally, we have the Customizable Jedi General and Knight kit for the Galactic Republic. Of all the Customizable Commanders I can see this one being very popular. I don’t know about you but as a kid I wanted to be a Jedi. While that’s not something that can happen in real life I can at least get a miniature for it. I like the fact that you’ve also got a bunch of different lightsaber options for these characters, too. Heck, maybe I’ll just remake some of the Jedi characters from the EU that aren’t canon anymore.
All of these packs are up for pre-order. How do you want customize your leaders in Star Wars: Legion?
