Looking for inspiration for your next army? Or maybe you just want to drool over awesome paint jobs. Golden Daemon 2026 winners are here!
Games Workshop has posted the Golden Daemon winners and they are really impressive. If you’ve got the time I highly encourage you to go check them out in their full glory. Every single one of these is a work of art and it really does seem like each year the competitors push the envelope that much further. Congratulations to every single one of them for your hard work and awards. Enjoy the recognition of your labors of love. We appreciate the talent you all showcased for the hobby!
There’s even a video on the official Warhammer YouTube channel you can watch that goes over all these entries. Now, it’s almost 45 minutes long…so keep that in mind. Having said all that, it’s still truly an impressive display of the painters that entered the competition and worth checking out.
Golden Daemon Slayer Sword Winner
While I’d really love to just post my favorites here I wanted to take a moment and highlight the Slayer Sword winner this year. Congratulations to David Arroba for your amazing diorama!
Not only did this one win gold in the diorama category, it also claimed the Slayer Sword itself!
It’s really an impressive piece overall. Check out some of these details:
To me, the craziest thing is that the judges were actually able to decide which entry was worthy of the Slayer Sword. There’s so many awesome entries I think I’d rather try and win a tournament AdeptiCon than to judge for Golden Daemon.
Seriously, if you’ve got the time, go check out the WarCom article and just scroll through it. The creativity and the skill on display is just *chef’s kiss* amazing. There are some absolutely stunning entries. I can’t imaging what DIDN’T make the cut. Shoot, I think if you were even bold enough to enter Golden Daemon you deserve a shout out, too. But we can’t all take home the gold or the Slayer Sword. I can’t wait to see what the field brings to Golden Daemon next year…
Congratulations to David Arroba! And to all the other winners at Golden Daemon 2026. Take a bow, you earned it!
